I have led a team of staff with an effort to safeguard, support and care for adults with a range of learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. I am passionate about early childhood nutrition, and making sure all children, no matter what their allergies or dietary requirements, are catered for in an inclusive manner. I’m always in and out of the children’s rooms, looking for kitchen helpers and having a good old catch up with the children!
