Level 3 Childcare Level 4 - Special Educational Needs in Early Years I have worked with children for over 30 years and have spent the last 14 at Butterfly Barns. I love to further my knowledge with training courses, and I am currently updating my diploma in Special Educational needs, levels 2,3 & 4. I believe all children can thrive when offered the appropriate environment. I like to nurture children to reach their full potential and cater for all individual needs.
