Level 3 Childcare I have been in childcare for over 11 years now. I am passionate about creating an environment in which children can thrive and become strong resilient members of the community. I had experience of being a behaviour management co-ordinator for 4 years and believe in using positive re-enforcement to support challenging behaviour. I enjoy making story times exciting for children and incorporating messy tuff trays into this to continue our learning.
