Childcare practitioner – Lia Level 3 – Childcare I’m Lia and I am a level 3 Childcare practitioner here at Butterfly Barns. My in-work passions include promoting diversity, supporting children with special educational needs, and encouraging children’s speech and language development. I use Makaton throughout the day and sign as I speak with children to promote this!  Outside of work my hobbies include dramatic arts and animal rights activism.
