Childcare practitioner – Jeni-Anna ENCo– Equality Named Co-Ordinator Level 3 – Childcare Level 4 – Performing Arts I’m Jeni and I have been in childcare for 9 years! I started working in childcare settings part time whilst studying my Level 3 in childcare at college, alongside working part time at a theatre school, where I also gained my Level 4 performing Arts diploma! I love being able to share my love of theatre with the children by using it as a way to teach life skills through role play & to support and build an understanding of how to express and understand our emotions.
